Work:Courses Taught:Drawing & Composition Bio:As a painter, draughtsman and print maker, Christopher has participated in group exhibitions
at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Dahesh Museum in Manhattan, the Samuel Dorsky
Museum of Art at SUNY New Paltz, the Art Renewal Center International 2nd International
Salon selected for permanent view at artrenewal.org and has appeared in American Artist
Magazine. Selected Residencies include, the Prince of Wales Foundation in collaboration
with the Prince of Wales Drawing Institute and the New York Academy of Art with the
kind benefaction of Trustee Christopher Forbes, at the Château de Balleroy in Normandy,
France.
He is a Fine Arts Educator, Program Coordinator of Academic Travel, and President of the Adjunct Faculty Association at SUNY Ulster Community College. Currently teaching at SUNY Ulster Community College, the Woodstock School of Art and at Mill St Loft and leads drawn based study abroad programs to Europe (London, Paris, Rome, Florence, Madrid, and Barcelona). Received the 2015 SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Adjunct Teaching and awarded Title III Mini-Grant Ulster Community College 2012. |
